# Recuperação de senha

### Na tela de login, você irá clicar em "esqueci minha senha":

### Em seguida, será exibida a opção "Redefinir senha da conta Bird ID" você deve clicar em "Prosseguir":

### Aguarde o envio do E-mail:

### &#x20;Pronto e-mail enviado, clique em "OK":

### Verifique a caixa de entrada e a pasta de spam do e-mail cadastrado e abra a mensagem. Caso não a encontre, refaça o passo a passo para um novo envio. Clique em "Redefinir senha do Portal" para ser redirecionado ao site de redefinição de senha:

### Após acessar o site, selecione a opção que seja mais fácil para você e, finalmente, acesse sua conta utilizando a opção escolhida:
