# Assinando documentos existentes
No caso de um documento gerado em outra plataforma, basta converter ou exportar no formato PDF e em seguida selecionar a opção **Assinar Documento Existente**.
Selecione o tipo de documento e em seguida o arquivo PDF que deseja assinar.
