# Cadastrando local de atendimento

1. Insira as informações do seu local de atendimento.

2. Nesta etapa, **campo CNES é opcional**. É um banco de dados mantido pelo Ministério da Saúde do Brasil, contendo informações sobre estabelecimentos de saúde em todo o país. Para encontrar o número CNES do seu local de atendimento, acesse [cnes.datasus.gov.br/](http://cnes.datasus.gov.br/), insira seu CPF ou CNPJ no campo "Consulta de Estabelecimento".<br>
3. Após preencher todos os campos obrigatórios clique em “**Cadastrar e entrar**".
