# Atualizações e Mudanças Regulatórias

<summary><strong>Qual o cronograma de implementação das mudanças?</strong></summary>

As mudanças relacionadas à cadeia de certificação ocorrem de forma gradual e estão diretamente vinculadas à validade das próprias cadeias.

A cadeia **V5 possui validade até 02/03/2029**, portanto nenhum certificado emitido nessa cadeia poderá ter vencimento posterior a essa data.

Para que um certificado tenha **validade mínima de 1 ano**, sua aprovação deverá ocorrer até **02/03/2028**.

<summary><strong>Existe período de transição entre as cadeias?</strong></summary>

Sim.

As cadeias de certificação **operam de forma paralela durante o período de transição**.

Isso significa que o credenciamento na nova cadeia **V12 não interrompe imediatamente a emissão de certificados na cadeia V5**.

Por exemplo:

Certificados de **assinatura para Pessoa Jurídica** poderão continuar sendo emitidos na cadeia V5 até a data de expiração dessa cadeia, mesmo após o credenciamento da Autoridade Certificadora na V12.
