# Passo 3: Informe o Voucher ou Número de Pedido

Atenção aos detalhes para que você encontre o seu “**Número de Pedido**” ou “**Voucher**”!

-Se comprou pelo site da Soluti: verifique o e-mail recebido ao final da compra. 

-Se a compra foi pelo WhatsApp: o voucher foi enviado na conversa.

-Se a compra foi pelo Mercado Livre, MarketUP ou LINX: verifique o e-mail da empresa vendedora

-Se a compra foi pela Contabilizei: o voucher está na aba **"**Dados da Empresa" dentro do site

Após inserir o voucher/ n° do pedido, clique em "**Avançar**".
