# Videoconferência

1. Antes de entrar na videoconferência, essa é a nossa Sala de Espera. Além do tempo previsto, você poderá observar sua colocação na fila, além de dicas para otimizar sua emissão ou renovação.

Para que a videoconferência seja realizada com sucesso, siga as orientações:

* Evite acessórios/itens que dificulte o reconhecimento (Ex: Bonés, óculos, etc).
* Evite a presença de terceiros durante a videoconferência.
* Mantenha microfone e câmera habilitados o tempo todo.
* Selecione um lugar tranquilo e sem barulhos para fazer a videoconferência.

2. Já na videoconferência, o Agente de Registro (AGR) informará que irá **Iniciar gravação**. <br>
3. O próximo passo é validar o **código OTP**. Nós enviaremos o código por SMS e por e-mail, você deverá informa-lo para o AGR quando solicitado;

4. Após a validação, será gerado sua **senha de emissão.** Ela irá aparecer na sua tela e você será orientado à anota-la.&#x20;

4. Quando o AGR finalizar a videoconferência é só aguardar até receber o email de emissão do seu Certificado Digtal.
